Important Notes and Deadlines!!
LOG IN and REGISTRATION
You will log in to register using the email account associated with your membership. If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link for assistance. If you are a new member and have NEVER registered for an event previously, you will need to follow the instructions to create a new account, then proceed with registration.
Courses are listed by day and course start time; Click on the course title to access full information on the content, CEU's, and schedule.
Pay close attention to the course duration; Example: Course "A" starts 1/30/2017 at 1:30p and ends 2/2/2017 at 5:00p - which means it is a half day on 1/30 and full days 2/1 and 2/2.
If you schedule overlapping courses, you will receive a conflict warning prior to check out - please double check your schedule and resolve the conflict or you will be charged for all classes you have registered for.
IF YOU ARE REGISTERING FOR SOMEONE ELSE: Be sure you register them IN THEIR NAME to avoid issues with attendance and CEU's.
Early registration deadline: December 18, 2016
Beginning December 19, 2016 all course costs increase by $10.00.
All cancellations and/or refunds will incur a $10.00 surcharge.
NO refunds will be made after January 3, 2017
Courses will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Course limits will be strictly adhered to. You WILL receive a registration confirmation.
CEU's and CERTIFICATIONS
For students/attendees who wish to attend the certification exam reviews (Course Z-1, Z-2 and Z-9) and who have NOT paid for any other course, a $50 fee will be charged per review.
Students/Attendees who do not have a state issued license and/or are preparing for the exams can not utilize the CEUs offered in 2017.

No refunds will be made after January 3, 2017. All cancellations and/or refunds will incur a $10.00 surcharge. You may send in one check or PO to cover more than one person as long as the names of the persons covered by the payment are identified on the check or PO.
HOTEL and BOOKING DEADLINES
The room block cut off date at the Altamonte Springs Hilton is January 17, 2017
The FMCA has reserved a block of rooms at $109 per night, Single or Double, if reservations are made no later than January 17, 2017

For the hotel to recognize your tax exempt status, you must bring or fax your agency’s tax-exempt certificate. Having the number written down will not be accepted; you must show the certificate.
