The FMCA Foundation

The Florida Mosquito Control Foundation, Inc., was established in 1994 for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes of the Florida Mosquito Control Association, Inc. (FMCA). The Foundation grants scholarships to individuals based on criteria established by the FMCA Board of Directors and approved by the Internal Revenue Service. The membership of the Foundation includes those who are members of the FMCA. Members present at an FMCA meeting may vote on amendments to the Articles of Incorporation should the need arise. The business affairs of the Foundation are managed by the Board of Directors which consists of the same individuals serving as members of the Board of Directors of the FMCA.
